About
An institution, not a course catalogue
We build the capability behind the systems that identify, track, connect and automate operations: curriculum, certification and advisory.
Why this exists
Africa is deploying identification and data capture at scale. The technology arrives faster than the people who can specify, integrate, govern and repair it. That gap is where projects fail, and people, not products, close it.
What we hold to
- Vendor-neutral, and structurally soNo manufacturer or software vendor is named in the curriculum. We teach the practice and its trade-offs, not a catalogue.
- Assessed against evidence, not attendanceA certificate records what someone demonstrated. Anyone who already does the work can attempt the assessment.
- Standards-aligned, honestly describedWe teach GS1, EPCIS, ISO practice and enterprise integration. We are aligned with these standards, not accredited or endorsed by the bodies that publish them.
- Built for African operating environmentsIntermittent power, low bandwidth and mixed estates are assumptions, not edge cases.
- Publicly verifiableEvery certificate has an ID and a QR code. Anyone can check it, without an account.
- A living curriculum, with a fixed awardContent changes as practice changes. An issued certificate stays tied to the framework release printed on it.
The curriculum, in numbers

How the framework is governed
- Curriculum authorityThe framework is versioned. Scope and assessment change against a release, never silently.
- Assessment integrityQuestion banks and answer keys are held apart from teaching material and never published.
- Credential registerIssued credentials go in an append-only register, and verification reads that register.
- Disclosure limitsA check shows that the certificate exists, its level and whether it is current. Nothing more.
