One certification. Three ways to prepare.
Every route leads to the same independently assessed Certified AIDC Professional credential. There is no Professional Plus credential and no lesser Professional credential — the support package changes, the credential does not.

Published rates rather than promotions. If you qualify, the rate is yours. Until 23:59 EAT on 31 December 2026 the Founding Cohort 2026 rate, US$250, is open to everyone; a rate below applies only where it is lower.

Intakes open 1 January, 1 April, 1 July, 1 October. Book in the 30 days before an intake and your learning material opens on booking rather than on the intake date — the point of the window is the head start, not the reduction.

Questions
Do I have to buy the learning to sit the assessment?
No. If you already do this work, the Challenge route gives you the same materials for 90 days with one practice attempt, from $195 at Professional. You still pass every module's end-of-module assessment. The credential is identical.
Is one option a better certification than another?
No. Challenge, Certification and Certification Plus are three ways to prepare for one credential. Only the support you buy differs.
Do I need Professional before Technical Specialist?
Yes. Each certification assumes the one below it. Professional is open entry.
Can I pay in instalments?
A Flexible Payment Plan is available on eligible programmes of $500 or more once they are open for enrolment. Paying in full is always the lowest total. Professional is paid in full.
How long do I have?
Twelve months of access on the Certification and Plus routes, 90 days on Challenge. Intakes open 1 January, 1 April, 1 July, 1 October, and booking in the 30 days before one lets you start immediately at the Early Access rate.
Does the credential expire?
It is renewed every three years. Renewal is $99 at Professional and $295 at Technical Specialist.
How does an employer check my certificate?
Every certificate has a unique ID and a QR code. Anyone can check it on our verification page, with no account; it shows six fields.
I already hold one certification. What does the next one cost?
Add it within 90 days of certifying and you pay the balance of the pathway rather than the full standalone price.
Can my employer buy seats for a team?
Yes. Seats carry the identical credential; volume changes the seat price, never the certification. Private cohorts and Corporate Academy are priced separately.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout you can pay in Kenyan shillings, by M-Pesa or card, or in US dollars by card; if you are in Kenya, shillings are selected first and you can still choose dollars. For shillings, the payment page shows the market exchange rate and when it was published, our 3% margin as a percentage and in shillings, and the exact amount, before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You may cancel for any reason within seven calendar days of the later of your payment and your receipt of the order confirmation, and you get everything back, in the currency you paid. Starting lessons or an assessment in those seven days does not end that right. Email support@autodigitid.africa with your order reference.
How quickly is a refund paid?
We start every refund that is not in dispute within 7 working days of your request, and tell you at each step. If it cannot go back to the card or M-Pesa account you paid from, we pay it another way, to an account in your name, at no cost to you.
Will I get a receipt and a tax invoice?
Yes. Every payment gets a numbered receipt from AUTO DIGITID SOLUTION LIMITED showing our KRA PIN, and an electronic tax invoice through KRA eTIMS. An organisation can have both issued in its name with its KRA PIN. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
