The curriculum is one body of work. How it is delivered changes with who is learning and what they need at the end of it - but the assessment does not move, which is what keeps the credential worth the same wherever it was earned.

Identify

What it does
Gives a physical thing an identity a system can read, and makes that identity mean the same thing to everyone who reads it.
In an operation
A pallet leaves a supplier carrying an identifier its customer's system already recognises, so receiving does not have to guess.
What we teach
Identification keys, symbology and print quality, tag selection against materials.

Capture
Scanners · Mobile computers · Sensors · Printers
What it does
Reads that identity reliably in the place the work actually happens - a dock, a ward, a field site - not in a demo room.
In an operation
A loaded dock door reads every case as it passes, at the speed the operation moves rather than the speed the pilot moved.
What we teach
Device selection and lifecycle, read-zone planning, print and verification.

Connect
Wi-Fi · Private 5G · IoT · Edge · APIs
What it does
Moves captured events off the device and into the network, including when the network is not there.
In an operation
A handheld keeps working through a coverage gap and reconciles cleanly when it returns, instead of losing an hour of scans.
What we teach
Network and edge design for intermittent connectivity, interface patterns.

Integrate
ERP · WMS · MES · TMS · EHR
What it does
Lands those events in the systems that run the business, and gives the exceptions somewhere to go.
In an operation
A receiving discrepancy raises a task with the evidence attached, rather than a nightly file that fails silently.
What we teach
Event models, integration patterns, error and exception handling.

Automate
Workflow · Robotics · Event orchestration
What it does
Lets the system act on what it captured, within limits somebody decided in advance.
In an operation
Replenishment triggers on an observed count rather than a weekly cycle, with a threshold an operations lead owns.

Workflow design, the automation boundary, and who stays accountable.

Intelligence
Analytics · AI · Decision support
What it does
Turns the accumulated record into decisions - and inherits every weakness in the five layers underneath it.
In an operation
A recall question answered in minutes because the event history is queryable, not because a model guessed well.
What we teach
Data quality prerequisites, assurance, and governing automated decisions.

Professional learning
- Who it is for
- Individuals certifying their own practice.
- How it runs
- Self-paced access to the tier's modules, applied labs and practice assessment, with twelve months to complete.
- What you end with
- A verifiable credential at the tier attempted.
Corporate academies
- Who it is for
- Organisations building a standing internal capability.
- How it runs
- A private cohort on the standard curriculum, delivered to a schedule the organisation sets, with progress visible to the sponsor.
- What you end with
- A team certified to one standard, and an internal bench that can teach the next intake.
Bootcamps

- Intensive delivery concentrated on the applied labs, with the theory carried as pre-work rather than classroom time.

- The Professional tier mapped onto an institutional teaching calendar, with the applied labs as the practical component.
- What you end with
