Applications are open to eligible organisations registered in Kenya. This first stage is for review and selection only. Resale, prepaid seats and referrals will be available only after the relevant commercial route launches and a written agreement is signed. Applying gives no right to sell or promote our certifications.

Universities and TVET institutions: curriculum licensing is a separate programme — see Education and government. Institutions may also enquire about distributing the certification, but Academic Partner rates cannot be combined with any reseller arrangement.

How the programme will work after commercial launch
Today you can apply; the steps after “Agree” begin only when the commercial route opens and an agreement is signed.
- Apply — tell us about your organisation and how you would offer the coursework (about 10 minutes).
- Review — we confirm your email, then review your application. We aim to acknowledge verified applications within two working days; a full review may take longer, especially if we need more information.
- Agree — if it is a fit, we will discuss a written reseller agreement: what you may offer, how, and on what terms.
- Offer — once an agreement is signed and the commercial route has opened, you will offer the certification to your customers.
- Invite — your learners will join through personal invitations and study on our learning portal.
- Grow — you will see your learners' enrolment and completion (never their marks), with official materials to support you.

We are starting with prepaid seats, in a small pilot with selected organisations in Kenya. Commercial terms are supplied privately after approval, from our partner rate schedule, and apply only under a signed agreement. We do not publish reseller rates.

What approved resellers will receive
After activation, under a signed agreement:
- Official course content and learning portal — your learners study the same programme as every other candidate.
- Approved marketing materials and clear guidance on what you may say about the certification.
- A view of your seats, invitations and learner progress, and statements for your records.
- A point of contact at Auto DigitID for your agreement.
Teaching your own cohorts is a separate authorisation, considered only for active resellers.

Further certifications are added only when they open for enrolment. We never sell a course before it opens.

Resellers may introduce learners to official Auto DigitID coursework. Auto DigitID retains control of the assessment standards, independent marking oversight and the award of every credential. Reseller status never authorises assessment or awarding — and anyone can verify a credential on this site.

Questions
What does applying commit us to?
Nothing, on either side. Applying confers no right to sell, promote or represent our certifications; only a signed agreement does.
Is there a minimum order?
Any minimum is set in the reseller agreement.
How will payment work?
Approved resellers will pay Auto DigitID in advance for seats, against an invoice, under their agreement. Prepaid seats are not available yet.
Do we get an exclusive territory?
No. The programme is non-exclusive.
Can we teach the course ourselves?
Teaching is a separate authorisation with its own requirements, considered only for active resellers. It never includes marking or awarding.
Can we host the exams?
Not under the reseller programme. Any future exam-centre approval would be a separate process and agreement.
Refunds and unused seats?
Set out in the agreement before anything is bought.
What will you share about our learners?
Only what the agreement allows and what each learner is told when they join: enrolment and completion — never marks or assessment work.
Can we use your logo?
Only approved materials, as the agreement describes. You may not present your organisation as an awarding or accrediting body.
We are a university or TVET institution.
Curriculum licensing is separate — see Education and government. You may still enquire about distribution.
We are outside Kenya.
